What is BillsLinked?
Another ERP system? No, it's not.
Then what it is and how it works?
BillsLinked was created with a simple idea: businesses should not have to scrap emails just to search for vendor invoices, recheck with the Purchase Orders, verify the quantity and price, then check for duplicate invoices before finally proceeding with recording of vendor invoices in their ERP system.
Building a separate system and ledger for tracking and reconciliation is also not a feasible option. Instead, businesses may opt for smarter tools that work side by side. BillsLinked works alongside the ERP system a business already uses. It connects to the ERP through secure integrations and regularly synchronizes the relevant data between the two systems.
Your ERP remains the main source of business data
Businesses continue to work with their ERP as they normally do.
When information in the ERP changes, BillsLinked can receive the relevant updates through its connection. This allows BillsLinked to understand what information is already available, what is still open, and where an invoice fits within the business's existing records.
The business user does not need to update the same information separately in both systems.
From invoice received to ERP
Invoices can enter BillsLinked through the available invoice submission methods. Once received, BillsLinked moves the invoice through matching engine or business's defined approval workflows.
When the invoice is ready to be recorded in the business's financial system, the relevant information can be exported to their ERP through the built-in ERP connector.
Two systems, working together.
BillsLinked is not designed to replace the ERP that a business already relies on. Instead, it works alongside it.
The ERP remains where the business manages its core financial data, while BillsLinked provides a dedicated environment for handling invoice-related work. Regular synchronization helps the two systems stay aligned, reducing the need for users to enter or update the same information twice.
Less duplicate work. Better visibility.
By connecting invoice processing with the business's existing ERP, BillsLinked helps reduce repetitive data entry and makes it easier for teams to work with the information they already have.
The goal is simple: let businesses keep using the ERP they know, while making the invoice processing easier to manage.
In simple terms:
- 1Invoice comes into BillsLinked
- 2BillsLinked verifies the invoice
- 3Exports the Approved invoice to the business's ERP
